Grass Inspired Music

Spring weather is just around the corner (hopefully!) and that means 1 of 2 things for people with a garden:

1. A sigh of frustration at the thought of having to get the lawnmower out of the garden shed, dust it off and cut the grass lawn. Oh and that's after they have first done any weeding, applying moss killer or pesticides ... and even that, they can only be done once the ground has dried out sufficiently from all the wet winter weather!

2. A sigh of pleasure at the prospect of sunshine and warmer days for those with an artificial grass lawn. When they have a little time to relax, they can enjoy the Spring sunshine straight away, just stepping outside to sit on their artificial grass lawn. As Spring slowly turns to Summer, their garden leisure hours then increase, perhaps sipping a favourite drink, reading or listening to music.

Without having to worry about lawnmowers, grass cutting and the rest, they even have time to indulge in selecting the right music for their garden relaxation. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to music but we've come up with a special 'grass songs' list with something for everyone!

'September Grass' by James Taylor which includes the line
'The grass is as soft as a feather bed" - the perfect way to describe our luxurious artificial grass
'Green Green Grass Of Home' by Tom Jones
'And The Grass Won't Pay No Mind' by Neil Diamond
'How Does the Grass Grow?' by David Bowie

'Grazing in the Grass' by Hugh Masekela
Perfect music for sipping that long drink on a lazy, warm Spring or Summer afternoon.

'Where the green grass grows' by Tim McGraw

Last but not least is a song called 'Splendor In The Grass' by Pink Martini. It includes the line
'Going where the grass is green if you'd like to come along'Now there's an invitation to throw away the mower if ever we heard one!
